💧 Water Quality & Safety in Texas PrisonsAccess to clean, safe drinking water is a basic human right—yet many incarcerated individuals across Texas report serious concerns about water contamination, foul odor, discoloration, and related health issues. At Texas Prisons Alliance, we are working to document and address these problems through firsthand reports and data collection.We are currently gathering information from families and loved ones of incarcerated individuals to understand the scope of the crisis better. Your input is vital in holding TDCJ accountable and pushing for necessary reform.
